On 8/31/26 A U.K Bank Holiday – Capt. Christopher Jr. Abbott was attacked and severely bitten by an out-of-control K9. He’s had bad dreams and sleepless nights because of this encounter and is now intending on suing the owner of the out of control K9. As from hearing from Capt. Christopher Jr. Abbott – had this to mention:
“I had just arrived at SV FFANTASI’S Mooring at DWR Welsh Water Property, where SV FFANTASI is moored at – as I saw I was almost too late, to get on-board SV FFANTASI, I went and unlocked my ladders off the pillar, and then walked up to lock up my E-bike. Then from behind I was attacked and severly bitten by a K9 Dog.”
Owner Mentioned:
“Are you alright?”
“My Dog attacked you because of your bag.”
Capt. Christopher Jr. Abbott replied:
“Does it look like I’m alright, I’ve just been attacked and severely bitten by your dog, and bleeding, take responsibility for your dog’s behavior, and actions instead of playing on your damn cell phone.”
“Your dog shouldn’t even be off the leash either, It should always be on the leash so you have full control of your dog. Take responsibilities.”
Owner Responses:
“My dog is just a puppy, and I was paying attention thank you verry F**king much – it’s your own fault for turning your back on my dog. And my dog can be off the leash and I do have full control of it.”
“Just make sure you clean the wound; I will not be held responsible.”
Capt. Christopher Jr. Abbott Response:
“Don’t walk off – I need your details, and K9 details – as I need to call it in, as it’s a criminal offense as your K9 is out of control. You are currently leaving a scene of a crime. You do need to take full responsibility as the owner of the K9. I was just minding my own business. That dog needs to be in the pound. Either way I am calling the agencies now to get the ball rolling, and will ascertain your information through the police to file a lawsuit.”
There wasn’t no response after this – It was called into various departments, such as Holyhead Coastguard, Welsh Ambulance Service, Police.
This is now with Law Enforcement to Investigate – And there will be a lawsuit against the owner.
