Mostly now days people use a range of Internet Suppliers, since www.starlink.com announcement, that they’ve now added new plans. And given that my mentor, and like a second dad to myself, he uses Starlink on his vessel Vanguard. I only got to use the Internet connection on Vanguard when, Vanguard was In Palma De Mallorca, ES – as when we we’re in: Didim, Türkiye – we couldn’t connect because, Starlink then was not legal in Türkiye. I have been using Starlink myself personally at home.
After checking Starlink, Starlink 50GB won’t be ideal for www.explorersailor.blog, unfortunately. We will have to go onto the plan: Starlink Unlimited Roam. Not sure what our download speeds will be, but I will be sure to do an updated blog post, when I’m at our yacht at Swansea Marina. And we will see what download speeds and upload speeds we’ll get. Starlink Internet won’t be just for myself, it will also be for say, If the nieces and nephews come on-board boating, but also doing work for school or college on the boat out on the sea. Also, the Internet will be for me to work and live on the yacht.
