M/Y VANGUARD II Was lifted ashore on January 21, 2026 at Conwy Marina, North Wales United Kingdom, for much needed maintenance work. However, on November 19, 2025 3 months ago, she started gushing in water by the minute and of November 20, 2025 without a single soul from Conwy Marina Team, coming to see the extensive of the water gushing in, Conwy Marina refused to lift the vessel out of the water.
On December 28, 2025 – My Birthday leaving for scheduled Maintenance Sea Trial, I had encountered a serious malfunction problem to the throttle quadrant on board, where that the port throttle was stuck in reverse, and if you put the starboard throttle in forward, vessel would go astern – I had no control of my vessel. I had to cut my engines, and put an emergency alert out in the marina, and then got my life jacket on, to go and keep myself fended off a sailboat, and M/Y VANGUARD II from colliding with any more vessels. As I had no control over the throttles.
When I got on board M/Y VANGUARD II on January 27, 2026, she was once again flooded from bow to stern. I was assisted by our Berth Owner, where M/Y VANGUARD II is berthed at, to help me pump the M/Y VANGUARD II out. I got wet in the process. Dirty oily, sea saltwater given me a shower, it was throwing out water, when the pipe came off the pump.

Back In November 20, 2025 someone said they had repaired the stern gland, by putting packing into the stern gland, well obviously that didn’t fix the leaks did it. Conwy Marina, Boatfolk Director has been a complete utter jokes, I’ve been non stop bullied by Conwy Marina Staff, Boatfolk Director and Premier Marines Lawyers bullying myself via email, and defamation against my character, and disability discrimination too. Good job the police are involved in the whole thing – police are doing something about the bullying, slanderous, discrimination by Boatfolk Director and Conwy Marina Staff

Note: As I was told that my Anodes had dropped off my prop shafts on M/Y VANGUARD II, and that It’s in my best interest to re-apply new anodes on the shafts.
- Install Two Anodes on Each Shafts.
- Replace Anodes on Trim Tabs & Underneath Vessel.
- Clean the Exhaust Tips.
- Clean Exterior Of Vessel.
- Change the old name, to new name: Vanguard II.
- Fix Running Gear on both engines.
A lot of jobs to do, but this weekend I will be going to stay on FFANTASI, as FFANTASI is For Sale, but apparently, I am not allowed to sell FFANTASI at Conwy Marina.
