The most unreliable ports and harbors in the United Kingdom are Dickies Boat Yard Bangor, Gwynedd (Port Penrhyn, Denbighshire County Council Rhyl Harbor, Conwy Council Conwy Harbor). As many people now opt to live off-grid, such as living on a boat, instead of living on land. And really most of the time, you do need a safe harbor, just in case there is serious swell, and serious winds.
Dickies Boat Yard Bangor, Gwynedd Port Penrhyn:

With Dickies Boat Yard Bangor, Gwynedd – It’s a whole different story for private owners, who own there liveaboard yachts, or live aboard super yachts, those people are like us, who are not allowed to, and it’s basically one rule for us, and another rule for commercial vessels. The windfarm vessels that serve the windfarms, commercial vessels: that deal in bulk cargo’s, fishing vessels, get a complete free pass.
Denbighshire County Council – Rhyl Harbor:

Like Dickies Boat Yard Bangor, Gwynedd, with Denbighshire County Council which is UK Labor Party holder, for residents of Denbighshire and non-residents they still require you to have a suitable address, however by doing the research you are allowed to stay on your vessel as a visitor only. But you really do not see any commercial vessels coming into the harbor, apart from the odd RNLI Lifeboat.
It also has something to do with, depending if you have a masted vessel, and If Rhyl Harbor master puts you on the other side of the foot bridge, which is not in operations on a bank holiday, so It’s a pointless harbor, plus harbor dries out. However, the harbor master has been giving me and my mother mixed messages.
